个人简介:

2001年于西安交通大学获得博士学位,同年进入北京大学神经科学研究所博士后工作站,师从著名的神经生理学家韩济生院士,研究慢性疼痛的发病机制。2004-2006年先后在美国Sanford Burnham Prebys(SBP)医学研究所和威斯康星大学神经科学系做高级访学。回国后任北京大学神经生物学系副教授、教授。主持和承担包括国家自然科学基金、北京市自然科学基金、国家重点基础研究发展计划(“973”计划)课题、国家重大科研仪器研制项目、国家重点研发计划项目、国家卫健委行业专项基金、国防科技创新特区项目等多项国家级与省部级课题。在Molecular Psychiatry, Science Signaling, Pain,等国际权威期刊发表SCI论文50余篇。参加编写国家卫健委“十三五”规划教材《生理学》及《康复生理学》(人民卫生出版社)等教材和专著8部。获得北京市科学技术奖二等奖(2012年)和中国针灸学会科学技术奖二等奖(2010年)等奖项。

 

研究方向:

(1) 离子通道与慢性痛的感觉、认知和情绪机制研究

采用分子生物学、细胞生物学、形态学和行为药理学的方法,结合神经示踪、活体钙成像、电生理学、光遗传学、化学遗传学和表观遗传学技术,从分子、细胞水平,突触水平,以及神经网络水平来研究离子通道与慢性痛的感觉、认知和负性情绪机制,包括疼痛记忆、认知障碍、焦虑、抑郁及其共病的中枢神经网络机制。

(2) 痛与痛觉调制的高级神经网络机制

运用光遗传学、化学遗传学及活体钙成像的方法,结合多通道神经元放电同步记录技术,以及多通道脑电与诱发电位同步记录技术,研究痛觉信息在高级脑区的传递通路、组成的神经网络以及痛觉信息在高级脑区的编码过程。

(3) 男性生殖细胞发育及不孕不育机制研究

采用分子生物学、细胞生物学、形态学和行为药理学的方法,结合电生理学、表观遗传学和细胞重编程技术,研究男性生殖细胞发育及不孕不育机制。
