  主要经历:

  2001年于西安交通大学获得博士学位,同年进入北京大学神经科学研究所博士后流动站,从事“慢性痛的发病机制”研究。自2004年5月先后在美国Sanford-Burnham医学研究所和威斯康星大学生理系进修学习。2006年7月回国,任北京大学神经生物学系副教授、教授。作为项目负责人,完成国家自然科学基金3项(31171063,81072951,30370470)、北京市自然科学基金(面上项目) 1项(7112079)、教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金1项(2008890);作为合作申请人,完成国家自然科学基金(仪器专项) 1项(61027001);作为子课题负责人,参与完成国家重点基础研究发展计划(“973”计划)课题2项(2007CB512501,2009CB522003)。目前负责国家自然科学基金(面上项目) 2项(81371237,81671085)、国家自然科学基金(国家重大科研仪器研制项目) 1项(61527815,合作单位负责人)、负责国家重点基础研究发展计划(“973”计划)子课题1项(2013CB531905)、负责国家卫计委行业专项基金子课题1项(201302013-01)。在Anesthesiology, Pain, Molecular Pain, Molecular Brain, Neurobiology of Disease等国际专业杂志上发表SCI收录论文40余篇。参加编写教材3部。获得2012年北京市科学技术奖二等奖(第3完成人)和2010年中国针灸学会科学技术奖二等奖(第3完成人) 2项。

     研究方向:

1.  离子通道与慢性痛的记忆、认知和情绪机制研究

     采用分子生物学、细胞生物学、形态学和行为药理学的方法,结合电生理学、光遗传学和表观遗传学技术,从分子、细胞水平,突触水平,以及神经网络水平来研究离子通道与慢性痛的记忆、认知和负性情绪机制,包括恐惧记忆、认知障碍、焦虑和抑郁。

2.  痛与痛觉调制的高级神经网络机制

     运用光遗传学技术结合多通道神经元放电同步记录技术,以及多通道脑电与诱发电位同步记录技术,研究痛觉信息在高级脑区的传递通路、组成的神经网络以及痛觉信息在高级脑区的编码过程。

3.  少弱精子症的发病机制与防治措施研究:采用分子生物学、细胞生物学、形态学和行为药理学的方法,结合电生理学和表观遗传学技术,研究精子表达的特异性离子通道在少弱精子症发生的作用及机制。
