主要研究方向

本课题组主要围绕神经调控代谢为核心研究代谢紊乱对疼痛感觉和睡眠觉醒控制调节的神经环路机制。实验室以脑片膜片钳、神经环路示行追踪、光化学遗传、光纤记录、睡眠EEG/EMG结合单细胞和转录翻译组测序等技术,以疼痛模型、肥胖模型和睡眠紊乱模型为基础,利用多种转基因小鼠和小动物行为学,研究从分子、突触到神经环路各层次的动物在生理和病理状态下的神经生物学机制。
