研究方向
课题组主要围绕阿尔茨海默病(AD)及相关神经退行性疾病的预防、诊断和治疗开展研究工作:(1)从分子-细胞-神经环路-整体水平,研究AD病理机制,针对其中关键靶点开发治疗药物。目前主要以tau蛋白相关病变为关注重点。(2)探讨通过诱导神经再生治疗AD的相关问题。(3)AD诊断生物标志物发现、风险因素解析。
